SOLE TYPES AND SPECIFICATIONS:
Nitrile or Hard Natural Rubber. Depending on customer specifications and needs. Variations also available: Non-Slip, Non-Conducting, Heat Resistant, Oil and Chemical Resistant, Anti-Weather. Natural Sole. Recommended for such places as maintenance work shops, construction sites, industrial works and factories. Nitrile Sole, Specifically Designed and developed for heavy oil and chemical work / environment sesitive contact areas. The outsole is made of oil and chemical resist nitrile (NBR) rubber. SOLE ATTACHMENT METHODS: DIRECT VULCANIZATION PROCESS This is a machine processed method of attaching soles to shoe uppers. The process involves the curing of compounded rubber directly unto the shoe upper at high temperatures with the use of precision controlled machines. This process ensures water and airtight bonding between the leather and sole. The process is considered as the best method. STITCHING This process makes use of a high speed, high caliber sewing machine to attach the sole to the shoe upper. PRESS BOND Press bonded sole to upper using strong adhesive glue. UPPER MATERIAL: Choice of Full-grain, Soft Split or Combination of both Full-grain and soft split genuine cow leather. |
